Payment Policy

All goods and services will be delivered within 14 days of payment being received.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
All orders and sales are considered final 5 UK working days after payment is received or a contract is signed. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund in that time period, please email david@dsouzaphotography.com

Late Payments / Invoices
Photographer services and Workshop programs will be invoiced as per program/project contract T&C’s.
For projects worth more then £1000, the opportunity to spread payments will be available (deposit to secure work in diary with the balance being paid in month 1, month 2 and month 3 consecutively).

Invoices are due for payment upon issue unless specific terms have been arranged.
Invoices that are 30 days late will have interest added daily as per the UK Goverment’s guidelines, and for each chased payment a £25 admin fee will be charged to cover additional costs in time/management occurred by my business. Late invoices will be chased fortnightly from 30 days onward.
Invoices that are still outstanding at 60 days, will be forwarded to a debt collection agency or small claims court proceedings will be entered into with additional fee’s also being applicable to the client.
